Before putting a home on the market, we have every home professionally cleaned. This insures that the homes are represented in the best possible way; they are spotless from top to bottom. We also professionally clean all of our Buyers homes prior to move-in-date. We love that our Buyers start their new adventure in a spotless home!
Kim is a certified relocation specialist with many years of experience. She works with Sellers to best position their home for sale as they relocate for their employment, and also assists Buyers as they move to the Bay Area because of a job change.
When we work with our Buyers, we first explain the entire Buying process, we talk about their criteria, and we also talk about financing. We actively pre-view homes that match our Buyer’s criteria to see if they will be a good fit. We then show our clients the homes that are good matches, and we also accompany our Buyers to Open Houses. Our priority is to work with our Buyer’s schedules, and we always have their best interest in mind. As we view homes, either at Open Houses or scheduled viewings, we represent our Buyers fully. Once a home is identified, we guide our Buyers through the entire contract and escrow process to insure a smooth closing.
As part of our personal service working with our Sellers, we offer interior designing and remodeling services to help the home achieve its fullest potential and bring it top dollar. Whether it is something simple like a fresh coat of paint, or a full remodel, our experienced contractors work closely with us to achieve the goal.
For our Buyers, after closing, we also offer interior design and remodeling services. A personal touch, or a needed update, for our Buyers before they move in makes the new house feel like home.
We use professional photographers for all of our listings to get the highest quality photos in the industry. Our photos not only capture distinct property features, they focus on the right aspects of these features. Our photos really showcase the home. Our high quality photos drive more Buyers to our listings on-line and also for viewings. We also produce a virtual tour of all of our listings. This is another way that potential Buyers see the home, and even get the feeling of the flow of the home.

We will publish ads in the paper, magazines, send out email blast to agents in the Bay Area, our very large data base & our biggest platform we market to is Facebook.
